This is one of our tour guides, Jeff, holding one of the bugs we saw in Namibia.
We had stopped at a gas station and I went to go sit on the curb. I saw something moving just where I was about to sit and I saw it was one of these bugs.
I laid my sunglasses down next to it so you could get some idea of the size of these guys!!
Just thought I would include some ostriches... there are large ostrich farms in South Africa, so you see these guys pretty often. These two are roaming free in a national park in Namibia.
